For many, trekking in Nepal is the fulfilment of a lifetime's goal, providing an opportunity to gaze upon the highest mountains in the world and experience the unique culture of the Nepali people. We recognise that Nepal can provide an infinite variety of different experiences which can cater for all levels of experience and ambition, and so we offer a variety of treks from short and relatively easy to longer and more strenuous.

We offer the Classic treks in the popular Everest and Annapurna regions. These treks are ideal for those visiting Nepal for the first time and who wish to experience the high mountain areas without necessarily requiring a wilderness experience.

Who can trek?

There is, in reality, no age limit as to who can trek. Over the years we have catered for clients ranging from the experienced mountaineer through to the casual hill-walker. Of course, a certain level of physical fitness is required and a little bit of training at home before you depart for Nepal might not be such a bad idea. We are always prepared to provide a suitable fitness programme, if required..
