Llandovery is 22 miles from the M4, situated between the Brecon Beacons and the Cambrian Mountains.

By road

From Llandovery take A40 westwards across the steel bridge over the River Towy, 2nd right hand turn (40metres), proceed for 1.5 miles to crossroads, turn left and Rhiw Yr Hwch will be found 1.1 miles on left hand side.

By rail

Regional Railways, Heart of Wales line, Shrewsbury/Swansea to Llandovery station.
